As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing a solid business relationship with the clients of your portfolio while managing their properties' performance, maintenance, and decor needs, as well as dealing with insurance-related topics, queries on taxes and other accounting matters, and so on! What is your mission? - Singularly manage various properties & clients - Communicate daily with clients, partners, and suppliers by e-mail, phone calls, WhatsApp, etc. - Host meetings with clients - Create and analyze revenue reports to evaluate the performance of the properties under your management - Regularly visit properties inspecting for damage/inefficiencies & coordinate neces We offer: - Quarterly and yearly bonuses based on performance - Competitive salary - Meal Allowance Card - Transport Expenses - Company Events - Flexible work policy - Friendly Environment
Requisitos : What do we need from you? - Have a degree, preferably in something you enjoyed - Have experience in a job role where you dealt with clients, either in a sales or account management position - Portuguese (fluent/proficient), English (fluent/proficient) are mandatory. In addition to this, being proficient in French is also very desirable - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to have the ability to develop & maintain strong relationships with clients & suppliers - You’re able to prioritize tasks - Self-motivated: has no problem being self-accountable and reliable to working alone, used to working towards targets and commissions; - Be client-oriented and have inter-disciplinary and inter-department capabilities; - Flexibility; each day can vary, this role requires agility to work either in the office or travel to a property as needs arise - Problem-solving mindset, strategical thinking, and research skills (ability to analyze situations, anticipate, identify, and define problems) - Be enthusiastic, energetic & a “go-getter” who is passionate about the role. - Have a desire to represent the company with integrity.
