You lead new business opportunities in right store opportunities in white space retail environments. You use your deep understanding of our categories and brands to sell to new customers and to expand current customers' portfolios. In this role, you develop promotional pricing structures to fit with customer needs.

You will:
+ Responsible for developing and successfully implementing the commercial plan strengthen and expand Mondelēz International's position with and assigned customer by preparing, negotiating and executing the business plans

You'll deliver detailed continuous business and customer analysis and insights with a focus on driving best practices through simplification, efficiency and consistency, aligning common outputs across areas, improving the way we understand our markets and secure our success for the future.
+ Monitor data quality and integrity and provide support/training to enable effective use of sales systems.
+ Ensure the consistency of commercial data across systems.
+ Maintain and optimize digital systems for sales (including functionalities for customer relationship management, Field route planning, in-store promotions, product and store database maintenance, shelf audits, sales incentives and reporting).
+ Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards to support sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
+ Provide support to users with specific technical problems in cooperation with IT and external service providers.
+ Drive continuous improvement of existing software and automation of new processes.
**What extra ingredients you will bring:**
+ Understanding of FMCG/Retail environment, especially internal cross-functional processes and workflows (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Supply, Finance) and dynamics supplier-retailer .
+ Experience with performance tracking and managing large sets of data.
+ Familiarity with Retail Execution/Sales Force applications as a system admin (e.g. StayInFront TouchCG, Trax, UVE or similar).
+ Mastery of Power BI reporting, Excel, Power Querys and Power Automate.
+ Facilitation skills to demonstrate use and functionality of sales systems.
+ Analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
+ Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
+ Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
**Education / Certifications:** Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems or related field
**Job specific requirements:**
+ Relevant experience in Sales Operations/Category Planning/Marketing in FMCG environment
+ 3-4+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Reporting and/or Business Intelligence
+ Languages: English and Portuguese (both mandatory), Spanish (preferred)
**Work schedule:** standard working hours (Mon-Fri), hybrid working model (50% presence in the office)

In this role, you will have a dual function:
One focused on supporting the Corporate and Government Affairs (CGA) plan And the other on Health and Safety (HSE).
**Corporate and Government Affairs (CGA)**
On the Corporate and Government Affairs (CGA) role you will have the responsibility to execute media relations, government affairs, internal communications and community engagement activities in Portugal, aligned with the Iberia team and local management. You will manage the local Communication and PR agency to monitor and measure communication channels and/or advocacy activity, including but not limited to traditional media, social media, media hotlines and more. In addition, you will support operational activities to deliver key internal and external communication priorities, including content development for internal communication platforms, and event planning execution, collaborate with the local Leadership Team and colleagues to share best practices and ensure activities are delivered within budget.
**Health and Safety (HSE)**
On the Health and Safety (HSE) role, you will lead all HSE activities (incl standards & procedures, reporting, compliance and audit) in Portugal and will be accountable for making sure that HSE programs are well implemented and meet the relevant standards and regulations at the location. In partnership with the Facilities team, you will ensure applicable legislation and internal standards are in place (facilities are well maintained; regulation/procedure are in place and implemented), guaranteeing ongoing compliance. You will also manage the local Healthcare provider, ensuring compliance with local legislation (monitoring regular assessments, reducing risks for employees, making sure we are compliant to local Health & Safety requirements).

You will implement the operational capabilities of the business and support the operational elements for the market. You will coordinate route planning, system capabilities and tools management for the sales team.

+ Coordinate and initiate customer and employee master data changes for sales including processing of data.
+ Support the implementation of organizational realignments for master data and administrative processes.
+ Support the revision/development of relevant sales policies and administrative processes including the provision in suitable media.
+ Test for system implementation and system changes working closely with sales as well as various internal departments and external service providers.
+ Identify and implement master data simplification opportunities.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to support our commercial team across dispute management, sales reporting, and day-to-day operational activities. As the driver of our sales operations, you will ensure data accuracy, streamline processes and enable the team to focus on their core task
**What You'll Do:**
**Dispute Management & Resolution**
+ **Manage the dispute resolution process** - Receive, screen, and classify all commercial disputes by client/Key Account, ensuring documentation meets legal requirements.
+ **Analyze and validate disputes** - Evaluate disputes against promotional plans, contract terms, and ad-hoc agreements provided by the Sales team to determine validity or escalate complaints.
+ **Advise and collaborate with Sales teams** - Present analysis conclusions and recommend next steps to Key Account managers and commercial stakeholders.
+ **Process approvals in SAP** - Execute dispute approvals upon Key Account authorization and ensure correct assignment of disputes within the system.
+ **Report on Trade Deals** - Track and report on accruals, availability, and ageing of trade deals.
**Sales Reporting & Data Management**
+ **Prepare and distribute internal sales reports** - Generate regular and ad-hoc reports of sales data.
+ **Produce external sales reports** - Compile and deliver sales data reports for external partners, clients, or regulatory requirements as needed.
+ **Update databases** - Required for business and sales force use.
+ **Help achieve business objectives** - Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to reports, systems, and support functions.

You will implement the operational capabilities of the business and support the operational elements for the market. You will coordinate route planning, system capabilities and tools management for the sales team.
**How you will contribute**
You will:
+ Coordinate and initiate customer and employee master data changes for sales including processing of data.
+ Support the implementation of organizational realignments for master data and administrative processes.
+ Support the revision/development of relevant sales policies and administrative processes including the provision in suitable media.
+ Test for system implementation and system changes working closely with sales as well as various internal departments and external service providers.
+ Identify and implement master data simplification opportunities.

+ Basic knowledge of sales systems and tools (including SAP and MS Excel)

**More about this role**
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to support our commercial team across dispute management, sales reporting, and day-to-day operational activities. As the driver of our sales operations, you will ensure data accuracy, streamline processes and enable the team to focus on their core task
**What You'll Do:**
**Dispute Management & Resolution**
+ **Manage the dispute resolution process** - Receive, screen, and classify all commercial disputes by client/Key Account, ensuring documentation meets legal requirements.
+ **Analyze and validate disputes** - Evaluate disputes against promotional plans, contract terms, and ad-hoc agreements provided by the Sales team to determine validity or escalate complaints.
+ **Advise and collaborate with Sales teams** - Present analysis conclusions and recommend next steps to Key Account managers and commercial stakeholders.
+ **Process approvals in SAP** - Execute dispute approvals upon Key Account authorization and ensure correct assignment of disputes within the system.
+ **Report on Trade Deals** - Track and report on accruals, availability, and ageing of trade deals.
**Sales Reporting & Data Management**
+ **Prepare and distribute internal sales reports** - Generate regular and ad-hoc reports of sales data.
+ **Produce external sales reports** - Compile and deliver sales data reports for external partners, clients, or regulatory requirements as needed.
+ **Update databases** - Required for business and sales force use.
+ **Help achieve business objectives** - Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to reports, systems, and support functions.
**Languages:**

**Soft skills:**
+ Analytical thinking, communication, stakeholder management
**What You'll Bring**
+ 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, commercial support, or a similar role
+ Proficiency in SAP (dispute management module preferred)
+ Advanced Excel/reporting skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards)
+ Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
+ Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
+ Degree requirement: Business Administration, Finance, or related
**Nice to Have**
+ Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Analyzer)
+ Knowledge of order-to-cash processes
+ Multilingual capabilities
