**Job Description**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
+ Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through face-to-face visits with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders.
+ Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
+ Present, promote, and demonstrate the company's products and solutions, supporting their appropriate use and clinical application.
+ Prepare commercial proposals and actively participate in contract negotiations and public procurement processes.
+ Manage and follow up on tenders, quotations, and business opportunities through to successful completion.
+ Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and business development.
+ Collaborate closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Applications Specialists, and other support functions, in coordination with the Sales Manager and the broader commercial team.
+ Maintain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of the product portfolio and related clinical applications.
+ Prepare regular activity reports and accurate sales forecasts for management.
+ Represent the company at scientific meetings, industry conferences, and professional events.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Proven experience in healthcare sales, preferably within hospital-based medical promotion and specialist sales environments.
+ Previous experience or knowledge in **Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, and/or Cardiology** will be highly valued.
+ Knowledge of, or strong interest in, the **Diagnostic Imaging** field.
+ Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding commercial objectives.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
+ Strong ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
+ Results-oriented, proactive, and highly organized, with strong planning and execution capabilities.
+ Consistent approach to customer-facing activities, CRM usage, and commercial reporting processes.
+ Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ University degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
+ Fluency in **Portuguese, Spanish, and English** .
+ Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate to Lisbon.
+ Valid Category B driving license.
+ Willingness to travel regularly and attend scientific congresses, customer meetings, and industry events.

**Essential Responsibilities :**
+ With minimal supervision, as assigned, perform planned maintenance (PM), safety and environmental inspections and maintain effective customer relations.
+ Follow appropriate GE policies, procedures, hospital protocol and complete necessary documentation.
+ Maintain daily communications with customers, to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.
+ You may need to assist more experienced technicians and FSE's on basic and complex repairs /resolution respectively.
+ Work as a member of local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area and document all actions and submit reports/summaries according to schedule.
+ Enhance and maintain technical knowledge of current standards, codes and procedures regarding safe and effective use of medical equipment through formal instruction.
Please note this is a 12-month apprenticeship in GEHC with option to extend up to 12 additional months.
**Qualifications/Requirements :**
+ Minimum of High School education required.
+ Proven experience performing in a compliance environment and working within code and procedures to ensure safe and effective operation of devices.
+ Proficiency in completing electronic documentation using PDA and computer skills.
+ Previous experience developing and maintaining good customer relations.
+ Willing to occasionally travel outside of assigned region.
+ Valid driving license
+ Fluent English spoken and written
**Desired Characteristics :**
+ Previous experience in a hospital setting.
+ Analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to the customer in an easy to understand manager.
+ Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process.
+ Spanish knowledge.
